Chelsea are reportedly set to lower their asking price for Tammy Abraham after receiving no bids for the striker at their current valuation of £40m.
Arsenal, West Ham United and Aston Villa have all shown an interest in the 23-year-old this summer, but cannot afford to part with that amount of money given the need to balance finances due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Blues want to sell their academy graduate to help fund their own search for a striker, with both Erling Braut Haaland and Romelu Lukaku believed to be on their radar.
As a result, The Sun are reporting that they could lower Abraham's price tag by £5m, making him a more appealing target to suitors.
The report states that the new figure of £35m would put Arsenal in the driving seat for his signature, whereas West Ham would only be willing to pay closer to £30m.
Abraham hit 15 Premier League goals in the 2019-20 season, but could not replicate that last year and scored just six times in 22 league appearances. body check tags ::
