Manchester City and Arsenal have reportedly targeted Lazio full-back Stefan Radu this summer.
The 25-year-old is considered one of the sternest defenders in Serie A and offers versatility along the back four.
He signed a long-term contract with the Rome club last summer but Lazio would be willing to listen to a big offer, according to Sky Sports News.
Radu has made 11 appearances at senior international level for Romania.
