New Inter Milan coach Frank de Boer has insisted that Mauro Icardi will not be sold before the summer transfer window comes to an end.
The 23-year-old Argentine, who captains the Serie A side, has been heavily linked to Arsenal and Napoli in the last few weeks.
It was recently reported in the Italian press that Arsenal are willing to offer £29m plus striker Olivier Giroud for Icardi's services.
However, De Boer, who was appointed as Roberto Mancini's successor on a three-year deal today, has claimed that his skipper his going nowhere.
"We will keep the players who do not want to sell," Goal.com quotes De Boer as saying. "Icardi will remain. Mauro is young, can still learn and we will work very well together."
Icardi joined Inter from Sampdoria in 2013.
