Leicester City have reportedly won the race for Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard.
The 23-year-old has been in impressive form for the Hoops during the 2020-21 campaign, finding the back of the net on 20 occasions in 32 appearances in all competitions.
Arsenal and Aston Villa have been linked with the former Paris Saint-Germain youngster, who only has little over one year left to run on his current deal with his Scottish club.
However, according to the Daily Mail, Leicester are closing in on a £15m deal for the striker, who is keen to reunite with his former manager Brendan Rodgers at the King Power Stadium.
The report claims that Rodgers views the Frenchman as an ideal long-term replacement for Jamie Vardy, with the 34-year-old entering the latter stages of his career.
Edouard has scored 81 goals and registered 35 assists in 160 outings for Celtic.
