Real Madrid and Barcelona could reportedly go head to head for the signature of Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in next summer's transfer window.
Aubameyang has scored 50 times in 78 appearances for Arsenal since arriving from Borussia Dortmund in 2018, including nine in 13 outings for the Gunners during the 2019-20 campaign.
The 30-year-old is said to be considering his future in the English capital, though, and his club have reportedly promised that they will listen to any offers that arrive for his services.
According to El Desmarque, both Madrid and Barca are interested in signing the Arsenal captain, with the Spanish giants expected to battle for his signature next summer.
Aubameyang, who was linked with a switch to the Bernabeu during his time in Germany, scored 141 goals in 213 appearances for Dortmund before making the move to the Emirates Stadium.
Barca are allegedly searching for a striker capable of replacing Luis Suarez as the Uruguay international enters the latter stages of his career, while Madrid's first-choice forward Karim Benzema will be 32 next month.
