Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has said that he will talk to fellow Belgian Christian Benteke to try to convince him to head to Anfield this summer.
The Aston Villa striker is widely expected to leave the club, with Arsenal rumoured to be interested in securing his services.
Mignolet welcomes Liverpool's potential move for £25m-rated Benteke, stating that it would be fun to have three Belgian players at the club - Divock Origi being the third.
He told Liverpool Echo: "I'm going to talk with Benteke about the Liverpool rumour. It would be fine to have three Belgians at the club.
"It'll be a pleasure to welcome Divock to the club and the city."
Benteke's season ended with a whimper yesterday asVilla were crushed by Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
