Samir Nasri’s move to Manchester City could still go through despite his appearance for Arsenal against Liverpool yesterday, reports suggest.
Publications in France alleged that the deal had collapsed, seemingly supported by the midfielder’s appearance at the Emirates yesterday afternoon.
However, BBC Sport claims that a framework of a deal is in place and Wenger is unsure whether to play 24-year-old against Udinese on Wednesday in their Champions League qualifier second leg.
It is thought that Arsenal would accept offers of around £23m for Nasri, who has a year to run on his current contract.
