Arsenal have reportedly been handed a boost in their efforts to sign Club Brugge winger Noa Lang.

Despite spending in the region of £150m during the summer transfer window, it has been widely claimed that the Gunners are already preparing a move for Lang in 2022.

The 22-year-old has enjoyed a fine start to the campaign, contributing three goals and four assists on the domestic scene and impressing against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

While the Dutchman is expected to see out the season at Brugge, Voetbal24 claims that the attacker has welcomed interest from the Premier League side.

Previous reports have suggested that Arsenal will have to shell out £20m in order to edge out Leeds United in the race for Lang's signature.

Nevertheless, with the player possessing a contract until 2025, Brugge remain in a strong position with regards to his future. body check tags ::
