Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has expressed his delight at the current squad and is pleased not to have lost any of their best players this summer.
The Gunners have seen the likes of Samir Nasri, Cesc Fabregas, Alex Song and Robin van Persie all leave the Emirates Stadium in recent years, but manager Arsene Wenger looks extremely likely to keep hold of his top stars this time around.
"It's vital to have a good mixture of youth and I don't want to say the veterans but the experienced guys. I think they changed a lot since I came here," Rosicky told The Mirror. "We have more experience than we used to and a big thing for me is that this is the first time since I'm here that almost no-one from the important guys has left.
"This is very important for the chemistry and the team state. Obviously if we can get one or two new players it would be great. It would be interesting for us to go into the new season.
"This is a good group of boys. You could see at the end of last season we had the chemistry, which is very underrated in today's football. We have it. We didn't lose anyone so it's very positive for us to go into the next season."
Arsenal face the Urawa Red Diamonds in a pre-season friendly on Friday.
