Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keeping a close eye on the situation of Real Madrid playmaker Isco.
The 29-year-old has now entered the final 12 months of his contract with Los Blancos and struggled to make an impact under Zinedine Zidane in the 2020-21 campaign.
Isco has supposedly been told by the powers-that-be at Real Madrid that he will not be offered an extension on his current deal, and he is set for crunch talks with Carlo Ancelotti over his future.
According to The Mirror, Isco's entourage will start to work on the midfielder's exit should Ancelotti give him the green light to leave this summer rather than walk away for free in 2022.
Arsenal and Spurs are supposedly waiting to be informed of any further developments, but AC Milan - who can offer Isco Champions League football - are thought to have an early advantage in the race for his services.
Isco has scored 51 goals and assisted 56 more in 336 appearances for Real Madrid, winning four Champions Leagues and two La Liga titles since arriving in 2013. body check tags ::
