Monaco head coach Leonardo Jardim has conceded that his side were not "clinical" enough in front of goal against Lyon last night.
Lucas Ocampos found the net for the visitors, but they eventually lost the encounter 2-1.
Speaking after the match, Jardim told reporters: "It was a close game against Lyon and the result was harsh on us. If we'd been more clinical in front of goal, the outcome would have been different.
"We created the better chances, six or seven and away from home too, but unfortunately we only managed to score from one of them. Our opponents were much more clinical and converted two of their chances."
Next up for the Ligue 1 outfit is a Champions League group encounter against Bayer Leverkusen.
