Nice manager Claude Puel has revealed his anger following his side's 1-0 home defeat at the hands of 10-man Monaco in Ligue 1.
Puel's men fell foul to a late finish from Bernardo Silva after they were unable to capitalise on the dismissal of Aymen Abdennour at the end of the first half.
"This defeat enrages me as we were closer to winning the game than losing it," said Puel, according to the official Ligue 1 website.
"It's a pity for the players who put in so much unrewarded effort. It was a bad evening for us, both in terms of the result and the injuries we suffered which also stopped us from making tactical changes."
The defeat leaves Nice currently occupying ninth spot in the Ligue 1 table.
