Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has praised Darren Bent's display in Saturday's 2-1 win over Ipswich Town in round three of the FA Cup.
The striker, who returned to the side following a hamstring injury, grabbed the equaliser at Villa Park before Andreas Weimann sealed the victory.
"That finish is Darren Bent down to a tee. It was top class," Lambert told BBC Sport. "But I thought his overall game was very good, his whole work ethic and the way he played.
"I thought his whole general game was very good, considering he only really trained with us yesterday, so it was a big, big effort from him."
Bent has now scored four goals in 14 appearances for Villa this season.
