Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn is expected to make a comeback against Newcastle later this month after suffering with an ankle injury since December.
The Scottish international fractured his ankle during Villa's 3-1 defeat against Southampton last year, resulting in a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
However, according to The Telegraph, the 25-year-old is hoping to make his comeback on March 21, providing a huge boost as the Birmingham side continue to fight against relegation.
On Saturday, McGinn posted his return to light training on social media, suggesting his successful road to recovery.
Dean Smith's side currently sit 19th in the Premier League table with the team set to face Leicester City on Monday.
