Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce and Reading manager Jaap Stam are among the nominees for November's Championship Manager of the Month Award.
The former Hull City boss took over at a Villa side languishing in the lower reaches of the table and led them into the top half with seven points from three games.
Stam, meanwhile, guided the Royals into the top three of the Championship in November, with three wins from three games and an 8-1 goal differential.
The duo are up against Owen Coyle of Blackburn Rovers and Steve McClaren of Derby County for the accolade.
The Rams have the chance of sealing two awards this month as Tom Ince, who bagged braces in each of the wins over Wolverhampton Wanderers and Rotherham United, is up for the Player of the Month Award.
Ince, 24, is up against Tomasz Kuszczak of Birmingham City, Henri Lansbury of Nottingham Forest and Steve Sidwell of Brighton & Hove Albion for the prize.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
