Paul Lambert has claimed that all of Aston Villa's players should be looking to learn from Roy Keane.
The former Manchester United midfielder joined the club as Lambert's assistant earlier this summer, and the Villa boss believes that people are often too eager to focus on his perceived aggressive approach to football.
"I can really trust him. He is a really good football person, a top football man. He has been great," the Scot told The Mirror. "People shouldn't get caught up with Roy Keane being this aggressive person.
"With the career he has had as a footballer – and people forget he had a lot of success as a football manager – what he says is really positive, especially to young players.
"If they don't take a leaf out of his book then there is something wrong."
Keane is also currently serving as an assistant to Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill.
