Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish has told his men to show "ruthless professionalism" as he aims for a turnaround in results at Villa Park.
The Villans, who are without a win in six weeks in all competitions, haven't won a home game since November. However, McLeish insists that most of the club's issues have been self-inflicted.
"We have shot ourselves in the foot with backpasses, own goals and that kind of thing," he said.
"That has blighted us a little bit. We've got to get back to getting those shutouts.
"If we get a goal when we are on top let's get another one. It is about showing a ruthless professionalism."
Aston Villa are in 15th place in the Premier League ahead of this afternoon's action.
