Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner believes that confidence is sky high amongst his teammates following their back-to-back wins in the Premier League.
Victories against Reading and Queens Park Rangers have lifted Paul Lambert's side out of the relegation zone in the table.
Gardner told the club's official website: "We've had back-to-back wins against Reading and QPR which has been brilliant. Hopefully we can push on now.
"It's all about confidence. We beat Reading and that helped us go into QPR on a high and it will be the same for our next game. The lads are buzzing.
"But we're not getting carried away. You have to treat every team with the utmost respect, prepare right which the gaffer makes sure we do week-in and week-out and treat every game like a cup final."
