Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood is adamant that his team will gain a result in tomorrow's match against Swansea City.
The 46-year-old is under pressure having guided his team to just one victory in nine Premier League games.
There have been reports that Villa are considering making a move for Swans boss Garry Monk should they opt to part company with Sherwood, but the ex-Tottenham Hotspur coach is not worried.
"I'm easy with it," Sherwood told reporters in today's press conference. "I'm here to do my job. My job doesn't change just because of speculation whether it's my last game or not.
"I'm still need to win a football match which I'm aware of. I'll be standing there taking full responsibility of the team's performance and we will win tomorrow."
Villa have lost their last five league games on the bounce.
