Galatasaray defender Christian Luyindama prefers Aston Villa move?

:Headline: Galatasaray defender Christian Luyindama prefers Aston Villa move?:
Galatasaray defender Christian Luyindama is reportedly keen to sign for Aston Villa during the next transfer window.

Aston Villa have reportedly emerged as the most likely destination for Galatasaray defender Christian Luyindama.

While the centre-back has only spent 15 months with the Turkish giants, it appears likely that he will move to another club during the next transfer window.

At a time when Galatasaray are attempting to extend his contract past 2022, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers have been linked with the 26-year-old.

However, according to Fotomac, Luyindama would prefer to link up with Villa, who also hold an interest in his signature.

Luyindama may potentially cost in the region of £11m, meaning that any deal is dependent on Villa retaining their place in the Premier League.

Although the player has missed a large portion of the season due to injury, he did help Galatasaray concede just one goal in each of their home Champions League fixtures with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain earlier this campaign. body check tags ::
