Aston Villa have confirmed the loan signing of Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old becomes Paul Lambert's second creative signing of the transfer window following the permanent arrival of Carles Gil from Valencia.
Sinclair has made just two Premier League starts for the Citizens since joining from Swansea City in 2012 and is desperate to prove that he still has plenty to offer.
"I believe I have my best years ahead of me," he told the club's official website. "This is a new challenge, a new chapter in my life, and hopefully I can settle in as quickly as possible, have a good start and go from there."
Sinclair, who played a total of 25 minutes in four substitute appearances for the English champions this season, is available for Villa's top-flight visit of Arsenal on Sunday.
