Lokomotiv Moscow came from a goal down to earn a 2-1 win in the first leg of their Europa League knockout tie against Athletic Bilbao tonight.
The visitors controlled much of the first half as Markel Susaeta and Fernando Llorente both squandered chances.
They were eventually awarded for their efforts in the 35th minute thanks to Iker Munain's strike.
Lokomotiv drew level on the hour when Denis Glushakov fired in from the penalty spot following Jon Aurtenetxe's foul on Felipe Caicedo in the area.
The turnaround was complete with 20 minutes to play as Caicedo found the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
Opportunities fell to both Llorente and Munain late on, but the Bilbao were unable to find a second away goal.
