Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has called on his side to 'play with their heart' in Thursday's Europa League semi-final second leg against Arsenal at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The last-four tie is delicately poised following a 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium in the first leg last week.
Atletico are seen as the strong favourites to advance to the final, but Simeone has insisted that his team will not underestimate the Gunners.
"This is a game which you must play with your heart. We need our stadium to explode with passion and support, that will transmit to the team and boost us against a dangerous opponent in an important match," Simeone told reporters.
"Arsenal are a team with fantastic players, an amazing coach, a dangerous team with lots of energy in the final third. They have players like (Mesut) Ozil who play between the lines, they can play beautifully and create lots of opportunities, we know how strong they are.
"We all must give our best – me as a coach, the players individually and collectively as a team, because we need a big effort to reach the final."
Atletico will enter Thursday's match off the back of a 1-0 win over Alaves in La Liga at the weekend.
