Leo Baptistao could miss the next few weeks of the season after suffering a sprained ankle in Atletico Madrid's training session on Wednesday morning.
The Brazilian, who joined the capital outfit from Rayo Vallecano in the summer, is believed to have suffered the knock in a challenge with goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.
According to Football Espana, that led to the Brazilian being stretched from the training field, with initial indications that he has suffered a sprained ankle.
The 21-year-old has scored one goal in five appearances for Atletico this season.
