Fernando Torres has rallied defending champions Atletico Madrid to prevent Barcelona from winning La Liga on their ground on Sunday.
The Catalans travel to the capital knowing that victory would see them clinch the title and avenge the pain of seeing Atletico win it at Camp Nou last term.
The shoe is on the other foot this time around but Torres is hopeful that Atletico can deny Luis Enrique's side tomorrow and postpone their celebrations.
"I hope that Barca don't win the title here," Torres told SPORT.
"Atletico became champions last year at Camp Nou and, as football and fate would have it, Barcelona have the possibility of becoming champions at our ground.
"Football is like that but we hope to win the game ourselves and assure ourselves of third place. We are fighting a different war and want to win to be third and achieve our objective."
Real Madrid sit four points adrift of Barcelona with two games left, and nine clear of Atletico in third.
