Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone has insisted that he has no problem with watching his side score the majority of goals from set pieces after their 1-0 win over Almeria.
Despite not being at their best once again, Atletico were able to pick up all three points on Wednesday thanks to Miranda's header from a Koke corner, and Simeone was quick to defend his team's style after being quizzed over their recent run of scoring dead-ball opportunities.
"In order to have corners, you have to attack," the Argentine told reporters.
"The team did well because they created this possibility. Miranda did very well. He gave us a vital win in a place where getting positive results is always difficult.
"I'm not worried about winning from strategic goals because it's part of the game. It was a 1-0 win against a team that works really hard."
Atletico return to action against Sevilla on Saturday evening.
