Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has hailed Angel Correa, who came off the bench to help the capital side record a 2-0 win over Eibar at the weekend.
Correa joined Atletico from San Lorenzo last summer, but heart surgery meant that the Argentine did not make his debut for the club until earlier this season.
The forward's first goal arrived at the weekend as he opened the scoring against Eibar, before setting up Fernando Torres for the second.
"Angel Correa is a player who dominates the area just outside the box and also has a goal in him," Simeone told reporters.
"His introduction was the highlight of the game, when the team needed a piece of individual brilliance in a tough and difficult game."
Correa has scored once in two appearances for Argentina.
