Jackson Martinez scored his first Atletico Madrid goal as Diego Simeone's side won 3-0 at Sevilla in La Liga on Sunday.

The Colombian international rounded off the scoring at the Estadio Ramon after Koke and Gabi had sent Atletico into a two-goal lead.

Atletico have now won both of their league games this season, but Sevilla have taken just one point from an available six.

Here, Sports Mole has taken a closer look at how each player performed in Seville.

SEVILLA

Goal

Beto: Surprisingly keeping Sergio Rico out of the team at the moment and did not have a great game here. Nothing majorly wrong, but looked shaky with his handling and indeed in possession. (6/10)

Defence

Coke: Had the game's first chance inside three minutes, but could not beat Jan Oblak from a tight angle. Struggled with Atletico's threat on the counter, especially in the latter stages. (6/10)

Daniel Carrico: Was forced off with an injury in the 69th minute of action, but was one of the better players on the pitch. Cleared most of the things that came into his own penalty area. (7/10)

Adil Rami: Part of a defence that conceded three goals, but did have a good game at the heart of the defence. Made a number of last-ditch challenges to deny Torres. (7/10)

Benoit Tremoulinas: Like Coke, also had a super chance in the first period, but could not beat Oblak from inside the box. Good going forward, but far from his best game defensively. (6/10)

Midfield

Grzegorz Krychowiak: Picked up a booking in the 20th minute and was not the same player thereafter. Somewhat surprisingly in the team as he continues to be linked with Arsenal. (6/10)

Vicente Iborra: Did his best to keep the ball moving in the middle of the park, but his passing and distribution was a bit disappointing. Subbed for Michael Krohn-Dehli in the second period. (6/10)

Ever Banega: Usually such a threat from set pieces, but the Argentine wasted a number of good positions in Seville. Struggled to make his mark in the final third. (6/10)

Attack

Jose Antonio Reyes: Showed bits and pieces in the early stages of the second period during a spell where Sevilla dominated. Not one of the skipper's better evenings though. (6/10)

Fernando Llorente: Should have capped his Sevilla debut with a goal in the second period, but missed an excellent chance from close range. Proved a threat with his presence and power. (6/10)

Vitolo: Poor game from the Spaniard, who went missing for long spells. Delivered a couple of dangerous crosses, but did not do anywhere near enough in the final third. (5/10)

Substitutes

Yevhen Konoplyanka: Replaced Reyes in the 66th minute and looked dangerous when he was allowed to run with the ball. Picked up a yellow card late on for a rash challenge. (6/10)

Michael Krohn-Dehli: Was introduced alongside Konoplyanka for the final 20 minutes, but struggled to make his mark against a strong and dominant Atletico midfield. (6/10)

Kevin Gameiro: Would have been disappointed not to have started, but was full of running when he entered in the 69th minute. Did not have much service though. (6/10)

ATLETICO

Goal

Jan Oblak: Quickly developing into one of the finest goalkeepers in Europe. Made a host of excellent saves and was also dominant from high balls. Had a really good night. (8/10)

Defence

Juanfran: Was arguably Atletico's best player in the first period as he caused problems on the right, before taking up a more defensive position in the second. Strong night from the full-back. (7/10)

Diego Godin: Signed a new long-term deal at the Vicente Calderon last week and put in another five-star performance for the capital side. Such a dominant presence in central defence. (8/10)

Jose Gimenez: Now considered first choice following Miranda's departure and the 20-year-old had another excellent game here. Did not put a foot wrong at the back. (8/10)

Jesus Gamez: Left-back is not Gamez's natural position, but the Spaniard did not look out of place after replacing the injured Filipe Luis. Can be pleased with his overall performance. (7/10)

Midfield

Tiago: Not always involved going forward or diving into challenges, but always brings such a calmness to the middle of the park. Played the game at his own pace in Seville. (7/10)

Gabi: Much more like it from the skipper, who struggled to find his best form last season. Scored Atletico's second of the match and was excellent in possession of the ball. (8/10)

Koke: Showed fantastic composure to open the scoring in the first period. Had a super 65 minutes on the field, but was forced to leave with an injury for the final 25 minutes. (8/10)

Attack

Oliver Torres: Showed some nice touches under pressure and kept things moving in the final third, but faded in the second period and was eventually replaced 20 minutes from time. (6/10)

Fernando Torres: Worked extremely hard in the final third, but ultimately could not make use of the chances that were created. Never stopped running during his 78 minutes of action. (6/10)

Antoine Griezmann: Another super performance from the Frenchman, who notched two assists before smashing the crossbar late on. Sevilla just could not cope with his brilliance. (9/10)

Substitutes

Saul Niguez: Faces a fight to secure regular minutes this season, but played his part in the final 25 minutes. Was prepared to help out at both ends of the field. (7/10)

Yannick Ferreira Carrasco: Brought on in the 70th minute for his official debut. Did some excellent running in the final third and helped ease the pressure on his team. (7/10)

Jackson Martinez: Immediately provided a threat in the final third and opened his Atletico account with a super finish in the 85th minute. Will be a big player for the capital outfit this season. (7/10)
