Atletico Madrid could move for Fenerbahce midfielder Emre at the end of the season, according to the player's agent Ahmet Bulut.
The 31-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season, and is widely expected to depart Turkey after disciplinary problems this campaign.
"At the moment, there is no direct contact with Atletico Madrid. It's early to say this. There are many alternatives in Europe for Emre. One of them is Atletico Madrid," Bulut told Radyospor.
Emre has 80 Turkish caps to his name.
