Juventus are reportedly yet to decide whether they will pursue a permanent deal for Alvaro Morata.
Since moving to Turin on loan from Atletico Madrid, the 28-year-old has contributed six goals and two assists in all competitions.
Having already committed to paying £9m for this season, Juventus have the option of spending a further £31m during the summer transfer window.
However, according to Goal, the Serie A champions are more likely to extend Morata's loan period by an extra 12 months.
The report states that a second successive temporary deal will also cost £9m, a fee deemed more attractive given the current financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic.
