Atletico Madrid winger Cristian Rodriguez has issued an ultimatum to his club, claiming that if he doesn't get more games for the first team, then he will go elsewhere.
The 28-year-old, who was left out of Los Colchoneros' squad for the Champions League tie against AC Milan, claimed that he feels left out of the squad and doesn't get to play enough.
"I am quite sure that these are my final months here: if I don't get to play here, then I have to go," Rodriguez is quoted as saying by Marca.
"I will keep training as I always do, quietly, not complaining. My teammates always come first for me, but if I don't get to play then I'm going to leave".
According to Atleti sources, the winger had the chance to leave with the club's blessing during the winter transfer window, but the player himself allegedly decided to stay put.
