Ansu Fati, Ousmane Dembele, Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong have all been included in the Barcelona squad for Tuesday's Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev.
All four players have recently been on the sidelines through injury, with Dembele yet to play a single minute for the first team this season due to a long-term knee problem.
Barcelona have been boosted with the return of the quartet for the key European encounter, though, with Fati also back after a minor knee issue had forced him to miss his side's last two matches.
Sergio Aguero has not been included, with the Argentina international set to undergo a full health check after suffering with breathing problems and chest pain against Alaves on Saturday.
Gerard Pique, Sergi Roberto, Pedri and Martin Braithwaite are also still absent for the Catalan giants, who recorded a 1-0 victory over Dynamo in the reverse match on October 20.
Barcelona, who are currently under the interim management of Sergi Barjuan, are third in Group E, having picked up just three points from their three games in the section.
Full squad: Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Neto, Inaki Pena, Sergino Dest, Ronald Araujo, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Oscar Mingueza, Samuel Umtiti, Eric Garcia, Alejandro Balde; Sergio Busquets, Riqui Puig, Yusuf Demir, Philippe Coutinho, Frenkie de Jong, Nico, Gavi, Alvaro Sanz; Ousmane Dembele, Memphis Depay, Ansu Fati, Luuk de Jong
