Juventus striker Alvaro Morata has insisted that facing Barcelona's Lionel Messi in the Champions League final does not scare the Italian champions.
The Old Lady go up against the Catalan giants in Berlin on Saturday evening, with Morata suggesting that despite holding a deep respect for Messi, his side has a defence capable of stopping the Argentine playmaker.
"He does not scare us, other things in life scare me," Morata told Marca.
"We all respect Messi and he is one of the best players in the world. He and Cristiano Ronaldo are above everyone else, but we have a great defence that he has to negotiate."
Juve are looking to claim their first Champions League title since winning the trophy in 1996.
