Carlos Puyol has been named in the Barcelona squad for Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.
The long-serving skipper, who will leave the Camp Nou on a free transfer in the summer, has made just 12 appearances this season due to a long-standing knee problem.
However, despite not receiving medical clearance from staff at the Catalan outfit, head coach Gerardo Martino has named Puyol in the squad for the European clash in the Spanish capital.
Fellow centre-back Gerard Pique, however, is still unavailable.
Barcelona and Atletico are level at 1-1 from the first leg at the Camp Nou last week.
