Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto reportedly picked up a sprained ankle during Tuesday's 6-1 win over Roma in the Champions League.
The Spaniard, who has enjoyed a run in the team in recent weeks, was substituted during the second half of the Group E match after a collision with Roma's William Vainqueur.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Roberto did not suffer any serious damage, but is now likely to miss Saturday's La Liga match against Real Sociedad with the ankle problem.
It is understood that the 23-year-old will undergo a scan on Wednesday evening to determine the full extent of the damage.
Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez both scored twice during the thumping European win, while Gerard Pique and Adriano were also on the scoresheet in Barcelona.
