Barcelona will be without German goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen for Wednesday's Copa del Rey last-32 second leg against Villanovense.
The 23-year-old had been pencilled in to start the clash, which is currently level at 0-0 following the first leg at the end of October.
However, the stopper was forced to miss training on Tuesday with a knee problem and will therefore not take part at Camp Nou.
That could open the door for Jordi Masip to make his first appearance of the season, although first-choice goalkeeper Claudio Bravo is also fit to start.
Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is expected to ring the changes for the cup match, with Sandro Ramirez, Sergi Samper and Gerard Gumbau all likely to feature.
