Barcelona are reportedly furious with forward Ousmane Dembele after he failed to turn up for a medical assessment.
The Spanish champions wanted to put Dembele through an examination to assess the damage caused by an injury - now known to be a torn hamstring - he sustained during the defeat to Atletico Bilbao on Friday.
According to Marca, Dembele was scheduled to report to medical staff at the club on Saturday morning, but did not appear until Monday morning.
Club staff then assessed him and diagnosed the hamstring tear, which is set to put the 22-year-old on the sidelines for around five weeks.
Barcelona will be looking to bounce back from their season-opening defeat when they host Real Betis on Sunday.
