Barcelona attacker Neymar has insisted that teammate Lionel Messi's fitness "is perfect" ahead of Saturday's La Liga clash with Deportivo La Coruna.
Messi has been out of action for the last three weeks with a groin problem, but returned to training earlier this week ahead of the clash with Deportivo at Camp Nou.
It is currently unclear whether the Argentine will be on the bench this weekend, but Neymar is confident that his fellow South American is over his latest problem.
"Leo is okay, his [fitness] is perfect," Neymar told reporters. "Whether all three of us (Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez) play against Deportivo depends on the manager.
"We know we are making history and together we're stronger. The magic of the trident is the friendship. We are friends on and off the pitch. We help each other."
Barcelona have lost two of their seven league matches this season, but would temporarily move to the top of the table with all three points on Saturday afternoon.
