Barcelona defender Dani Alves has said that the team are lacking last season's balance following their 0-0 draw with Villarreal.
The defending champions of La Liga are now seven points adrift of first place and last season's runner-up Real Madrid, after Jose Mourinho's men secured all three points against Real Zaragoza last night.
"We have not scored, but we played a great match," the Brazilian told reporters. "However, no goals mean we cannot win.
"We're not getting the balance of last year. But I have seen more difficult scenarios, so we must carry on. [The season] goes all the way to the end."
Barcelona will next face Valencia in the semi-final of the Spanish Cup in midweek.
