Barcelona full-back Daniel Alves has spoken of his love for Sevilla following last night's clash at Camp Nou.
The Brazilian opened the scoring in a 3-2 win against his former club.
The 30-year-old spent six years at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan after joining Los Rojiblancos from Bahia in 2002.
"I don't celebrate goals against Sevilla, I have special affection for them," the he told Barca TV. "They opened the door to Europe for me.
"It was a very intense match, there was a lot of quality on the pitch. They really hurt us with their counterattacks, but the result had to be ours because we had more chances."
Alves joined Barca in 2008 for an initial fee of £23m.
