Lionel Messi praises his Barcelona teammate Andres Iniesta and says that he is "extremely lucky" to be in the same team as the Spanish midfielder.

Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has said that he feels "extremely lucky" to play alongside Andres Iniesta.

Both players are graduates of Barca's youth academy and have been at the Catalan club their entire careers.

"Andres does everything well," he told Revista Barca. "He's getting better and better as the years go by - he's won it all and I'm extremely lucky to play alongside him.

"I enjoy watching what he does on the pitch, whether in matches or in training sessions - he's a joy to behold."

Barcelona are away at Granada in La Liga on Saturday.
