Brazilian attacker Neymar has revealed that he is settling into life with Spanish champions Barcelona.
The 21-year-old, who has scored four times in 13 league matches for the Catalan outfit this season, has been one of the standout players in La Liga in the new campaign.
In an interview with UEFA's official Champions League magazine, the youngster also spoke of his close relationship with club and international teammate Dani Alves, who has been with Barca since 2008.
"It was the right moment to leave Brazil. I have chosen a marvellous club to play for – they have welcomed me with open arms," said Neymar.
"You must have a good friend alongside you to help you with the things you need. I have Dani, who is really important in helping me adapt, both at the club and outside it. He's someone who has helped me quite a lot, and my family too. My family continue to be as they always have been – they're helping me.
"I'm adapting well. I'm working as much as possible for the team. Clearly the start is hard when you arrive - you have to play a bit slower, but bit by bit, I'm getting there."
Neymar is expected to spearhead Brazil's World Cup attack next summer.
