Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic has claimed that Barcelona were interested in signing him last summer.
Pjanic played under Barca coach Luis Enrique in the Italian capital, and he told La Republica that his former boss wanted to bring him to Camp Nou in last year's transfer window.
The Bosnian said: "I know that Barca wanted me while I was negotiating my renewal with Roma.
"Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich [were also interested in me], but I feel comfortable [at Roma]. The club and the fans wanted me to stay and that's the most important thing. I don't regret my decision."
Rudi Garcia's side are currently second in Serie A, six points behind leaders Juventus.
