Barcelona have reportedly met with the agent of Arturo Vidal to discuss the Chile international's future.
Vidal has been consistently linked with a move away from Camp Nou in recent weeks, while it is alleged that he stormed out of training with the Catalan side earlier this week.
Upon learning that he would not be in the starting XI for Wednesday's El Clasico at home to Real Madrid, the 32-year-old is believed to have refused to stay on after the main session.
Vidal appeared as a substitute in the goalless draw but his future still appears to be up in the air.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Fernando Felicevich, who represents Vidal, met with Barca chiefs earlier this week to discuss the midfielder's future in Catalonia.
The South American, who has scored four times in 18 appearances at club level this season, has been strongly linked with a move to Inter Milan ahead of the January transfer window.
