Barcelona are allegedly leading the race to sign the Netherlands international, and according to Mundo Deportivo, meetings regarding a potential deal will take place next week.
The report claims that De Ligt, his representatives and officials from both clubs are scheduled to meet on Monday and Tuesday.
De Ligt will be in action for Netherlands against Germany on Sunday night, and the youngster is likely to be watched by scouts from interested clubs.
Juventus are said to be one of the teams ready to make an official approach for De Ligt.
