Barcelona have reportedly learned the fees that it will take to sign Portuguese duo Joao Felix and Joao Cancelo next summer.
The pair have joined on season-long-loan deals and have both nailed down places in the starting XI early in their time with the club.
Felix, who joined from Atletico Madrid, has endured a difficult time in the Spanish capital since joining from Benfica in 2019.
However, the 23-year-old already has three goals and an assist in two starts since arriving at Barca late in the summer window.
Felix's performance in midweek against Antwerp in the Champions League was particularly notable, as he received the Man of the Match award in Barca's 5-0 win.
Reports in Spain claim that the man who cost Atletico €126m (£113m) four years ago will be free to leave if Barca can cough up €80m (£70m).
Felix endured an all-round underwhelming loan spell at Chelsea during the second half of last season.
The forward played 16 times for Chelsea, scoring four goals, but with the club failing to qualify for European competition altogether, Felix decided not to pursue a permanent deal.
Right-back Cancelo has also started both matches since the international break after joining late in the summer.
The Manchester City outcast also had a frustrating loan spell during the second half of last season, this time at Bayern Munich.
After falling out with manager Pep Guardiola at City, Cancelo's time at the club appears to be over, and the aforementioned report claims that the Champions League holders would be happy with an offer of just €25m (£21.8m) to part ways.
Cancelo has a contract at the Etihad Stadium running until 2027, while Felix is tied down at Atletico until 2029, but it appears that this will not be a problem in making any respective deals happen.
The main positive going in favour for Barcelona regarding the two players is that they would both be happy to sign permanently, given the difficulties that they have endured at their parent clubs.
Barca welcome Celta Vigo to their temporary home in Montjuic on Saturday in La Liga, with both Felix and Cancelo in line to start for Xavi's side. body check tags ::
