Barcelona have reportedly renewed their interest in Real Betis left-back Junior Firpo.
Jordi Alba is the only recognised left-back in the Barcelona first team and it seems that manager Ernesto Valverde is interested in providing him with competition.
Real Betis initially valued Firpo at €30m (£27m), although it now seems that they have relaxed their demands as the possibility of a swap deal involving 19-year-old Juan Miranda has arisen.
A potential swap involving Miranda would be of interest to Betis, according to Mundo Deportivo, although other clubs are said to be interested in the Barcelona teenager.
Firpo provided three goals and four assists in 22 appearances from left-back in La Liga last season, although he also picked up seven yellow cards.
Valverde has already added Neto, Frenkie De Jong and Antoine Griezmann to his ranks this summer.
