Barcelona are reportedly planning to raid Chelsea for defender Marcos Alonso this summer.
The La Liga giants view the Spaniard as a long-term replacement for Gerard Pique, according to Goal.com.
Pique, who turns 32 next February, is expected to continue his playing career at Barca next season but the Catalans are said to be planning for the future.
Alonso typically operates at wing-back for Chelsea, but has played at centre-back earlier in his career.
The 27-year-old, who joined the Blues from Fiorentina in a deal worth £23m in August 2016, was a key part of Chelsea's title-winning side last season.
