Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has refused to be drawn on speculation linking Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba with a move to the Camp Nou.
Pogba is widely expected to be the subject of a transfer scramble this summer, but as it stands, Barcelona cannot sign any new players until January 2016 due to their transfer ban.
The Spanish club are still said to be in the running for the Frenchman, but Bartomeu remained respectful to Juventus when questioned on the possible signing.
"Pogba is a good player, he is in contract with an Italian team that I respect a lot. For the moment, we are not expecting to sign him," Bartomeu told RMC.
"I think that the best players are liked by everyone. We have players that other teams would like to have."
Pogba is currently on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
