David Beckham is confident that his new Major League Soccer franchise Inter Miami can attract superstars such as Barcelona's Lionel Messi, Juventus' Cristiano Ronaldo and Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar.
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid winger is at the core of building his Florida-based club which is now managed by Phil Neville.
Inter Miami, who finished 10th in their debut MLS campaign last year, have already attracted the likes of Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi to the team, and Beckham has expressed his ambitions to recruit the best talents out there.
"When we announced Miami, there was always going to be talk about what players we were going to bring in, whether it was Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar," Beckham told ESPN.
"There was always going to be those discussions. I actually don't think it's a tough one for players to decide, to be honest, because it's a great place.
"Miami is a great city that has that pull on players who have been playing in Europe that are big stars, and I think we have a real opportunity."
Inter Miami, who recently announced the signing of former Arsenal defender Kieran Gibbs, kick off their MLS 2021 campaign on April 18, when they will host Beckham's former club Los Angeles Galaxy. body check tags ::
